Masala Papad Masala Papad is so famous fast food snack all over the country with roasted papads with toppings like tomatoes, onions & masalas. The crispy & tasty papadum (papad) could be made on occasions such as potlucks, birthday party, kitty parties & get-togethers. It’s an ideal munching choice if you pair the drink with something delicious & crispy. You could customize the recipe by including more toppings of your choice. Make sure that the components you utilise to top are fresh, else they would make the papadums soggy. You could spray oregano or chaat masala seasoning on it for additional zing. The Masala Papadum taste amazing when you have it with the dips such as Sweet and Chilli Dip, Broccoli Dip, Yoghurt Cheesy Dip, etc. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients of Masala Papad:
Step 1) Take chopping board & well sliced tomatoes, cucumbers & onions. Mix the cucumber, sliced tomatoes & onions in a glass vessel. If you are fond of vegetables then you could drop more toppings of your choice such as capsicum, mushroom, baby corn etc. Make sure that components which you utilise for toppings are fresh, else they would make the papadums soggy. Step 2) Next, drop cumin powder, sliced green chillies, lime juice, salt & red chilli powder in the vessel. Combine the components. Step 3) Put the roasted papads on a plate & spread the cucumber-tomato-onion mix on top of every papad. Decorate the masala papads with coriander leaves. You could spray oregano or chaat masala seasoning on the papads for that additional zing! Pair masala papad recipe with drinks you like.
