Ingredients:
Making of the Red Chilli Chutney: 1. Take a wide pan and heat some oil in it. Keeping the flame low, add red chillies to the pan, once the oil is heated. Now add onions, tomatoes, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, imli, and salt as per the taste. Mix all the ingredients well. 2. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes. Keep mixing at regular intervals. Once the tomatoes are cooked, switch off the flame. Now, transfer the mixture into a mixer and blend it into a fine paste. 3. The spicy Red chilli chutney is all ready to serve with Idli, Dosas, Dhoklas, Indian snacks, etc. You can also use a spread on Chapatis, Parathas, Sandwiches, etc. If you love spice, then you can too eat the chutney solely.
